How can I place an Order?

Ordering items from woovy.com.lk is very easy.

  1. Browse our products and add selected items to the cart.
  2. Go to the cart by clicking the cart icon  on the top of the page
  3. Click the CHECKOUT button.
  4. Enter your billing details in checkout page.
  5. Choose your payment method
  6. Please double check the entered data and PLACE THE ORDER.

Do i need to login to woovy.com.lk?

You can place an order without login. But we encourage to create an account with your email to get maximum out of our website.

What is the method of confirmation?

We will send you a confirmation email or sms.

How can I add items to a placed order?

You cannot add items to a placed order. You can place another order with newly selected items.

What is the next step if there is an issue with a palaced order?

This can be a very rare situation and we are extremely sorry about the inconvenience caused to you.

  1. We will inform you about the issue and the new estimated delivery date.
  2. If it is a COD order and you disagree with the new estimated delivery date we can send the rest of the items which don’t t have any issues.
  3. If it is a paid order and you disagree with the new estimated delivery date we can send the rest of the items which don’t t have any issues. The value of the items which were not sent to you
    • Select another item(s) with the same value to sent with the order
    • Can be added to a future order of you.
    • We can refund you.

What are the payment methods?

Woovy.com.lk is integrated with the PAYHERE payment gateway.

It supports following payment methods

  • Credit Card : VISA, MASTER, American express.
  • Debit Card : Debit cards with online payment facility.
  • Payhere also supports other online payment methods such as ezCash, mCash, Frimi, Genie, Sampathwishwa

How about the shipping/delivery charge?

Shipping/Delivery charge vary with both mass and the bill amount. The delivery charge will be clearly mentioned in the bill.

How many days will it take for delivery?​

We try our best to dispatch your items to courier service or SL post as soon as possible.

Usually you may receive your order within 14-21 working days.

Please note that functioning of courier service / SL Post is out of our control. So there may be delays. If so please inform us. We will follow up with your order and let you know what is going on.

Can I return my order?

No. You cannot return your order.

How can I cancel the order?

you can visit the orders page and click the cancel button.

Please be kind enough to cancel the order as soon as possible since the items will be reserved for you.

If the order is dispatched to courier service then you may not be able to cancel the order.

If the order is a paid one then the paid amount will not be refunded. You can select new items for paid amount.
